Scroll Saw Classes

Mr. M’s Workshop in Branson by Gaylen Montgomery:

“I learned the art of scroll saw from the master wood cutter, Jim Adam, at the “Silver Dollar City Toy Shop” near Branson in 1991. I enjoy the teaching aspect of woodworking because I believe we should share what skills we may have so that others may enjoy it as well. I was a school teacher for 36 years. After retirement, I worked at Sears where I demonstrated scroll saws in the store and at home shows for 10 years. I have been teaching in Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, Iowa since 2009. I am honored to share my love for the craftsmanship of creative woodworking here to Branson.” – Gaylen Montgomery
